TB9010 belt feed packing seale has double feeding function and is equipped with automatic flow regulator and swift cut-off gate. It is suitable for packing pellets, flakes and powder. There is pneumatic vibration device which ca prevent the materials from getting block and stic king while falling. It is also equipped with the return air device which can control the air quantity. The pneumatic clamping is safe and reliable. The whole system is equipped with dust suction blower which can greatly improve the working environment as well as the working efficiency.

The product adopts TS-C710 computerized weighing controller and sensors with high automation. Quick and slow filling, ration clamping and Loosing are all controlled by the computer. It has automatic tare function and can adjust the error while weighing. During the processof weighing, it uses automatically adative optimizer and can automatically accomplish the control of the executive parts, it also has the function of showing gross weight, net weight, grand total and the number of bags, which can realize the automatic statistics management during the manufacturing procedure. The computer controller can connect with computer and printer.
