บริษัท ซันไรส์เทรดดิ้ง จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นและจดทะเบียนนิติบุคคล เมื่อวันที่ 9 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2535 ปัจจุบันสำนักงานของบริษัทมีอยู่แห่งเดียว ตั้งอยู่ที่ 241/21 หมู่บ้านไอฟิลด์บางนา ถนนกาญจนาภิเษก แขวงดอกไม้เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร 10250 บริษัท ซันไรส์เทรดดิ้ง จำกัด เป็นผู้แทนจำหน่ายเพียงผู้เดียวของเครื่องบรรจุน้ำมันพืชแบบถุง LEIPAK (Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine) พร้อมทั้งแผ่นฟิลม์ที่ใช้เพื่อบรรจุน้ำมัชพืช และ BIG BAG สำหรับบรรจุน้ำมันพืช และของเหลวจากประเทศมาเลเซีย และบริษัทฯ ได้ผลิตเครื่องบรรจุของเหลวแบบกระทัดรัด สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายได้ง่าย สำหรับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็กและกลาง
